New 2014 TL SH-AWD A-Spec
I take possession of a brand new, black 2014 TL SH-AWD A-Spec tonight. It's my first Acura and i'm pretty pumped! Now, the GM there told me he has a guy that does vinyl wrap and could do the chrome front nose area for $300 or something in that neighbourhood. Are there any other options to do this? I wasn't really wanting to spend that much to black out the front of the car. Thanks for the help!

I would wrap the front in 3M or whatever vinyl they use just to prevent any stone chips. The best place to get this done IMO is Audio Heaven (I am not associated with them in any way). I had my previous car's windows tinted there 4 years ago and the tint still looks like new. So my recommendation is solely based on my own experience.
Look them up, they are in Richmond Hill (a little far from you but I think it's worth the drive if you are doing something like this).

milz_long...Congrats my Canuck friend!! You will truly enjoy this vehicle, especially with the sh-awd. I am not an expert on the front covering as I never did mine but wanted to welcome you on Acurazine. Make sure you post pics when you get a chance.

Hamilton? I know where that is!
Congrats on the car.
You got the right colour too, lol.
White is for refrigerators.
Where did you buy it and how was your dealership experience?

Congrats Milz.....tell the GM you want to do it-then counter his $300 price.

I got my front amd rear chrome accents wrapped in black for $100 at Restyleit in Markham. They are the best, my neighbor got his BMW 750i wrapped in matte black and it looks awesome. Audio Haven does a great job with tints had my sisters b250 done there but I wasnt aware they did wrapping as well.

We've known and dealt with the GM there for years as he was the GM at Sterling Honda in Hamilton as well as Collins Nissan in St. Catharines. He's always treated us awesome and given us amazing deals on vehicles.

I got it from Acura of Hamilton and my dealership experience was awesome. My wife had just gotten a new 2014 ILX from the same dealership 3 weeks prior. The GM asked me if I'd be interested in a new TL as he had some great offers available. I gave him the buyout info on my Nissan Xterra SUV and he went to work making it happen for me.
