New '14 TL SH-AWD w 6mt

Just purchased a 2014 6mt from New Hampshire and drove it home to Ohio yesterday. I couldn't be happier. Looking forward to being a TL owner and part of the forum. Will post pics as soon as I figure out how.

If you have photobucket, upload pics and then copy and past the IMG codes.

Welcome to AcuraZine.

What's the point if the sign in? I never did that.

Congrats on the purchase! Great choice.

Nice ride...the splash guards are a nice addition for Ohio winters. It cuts down on the salt being kicked up and hitting the paint.

Congrats on the 6MT purchase! After driving mine for over three years I still really enjoy it.

I had mine shipped over 2k miles because a plane ticket and subsequent drive home was just too much. Fortunately the dealer used a truck with an enclosed trailer. I'll never forget the day she was dropped off!

I'm in the market for a 2012+ TL SH-AWD. Can anyone tell me if there's a difference between the 2012-2014 models?

Congrats! It's nice to see stories of 6MT owners scouring the country to find their rides. Found mine 2012 on e-bay in Tampa and drove it back to El Paso

Those rims in his pics are 18's. Unless your referring to the 19's on the Advance models. They weren't available for the 6MT.

I like them too, but I've heard they make the ride much rougher.
Personally I prefer the 09-11 wheels. I've yet to see them on a 12, but I like em. They are a little more aggressive than the stock ones on the 12-14 without being too ricey.

Someone on the forum put the 10-11 18" rims on his MMC TL, with pictures posted. I personally like the "1st Gen" 4G AWD wheels better, but the MMC wheels are pretty nice-looking too.

I know that feeling too. Found mine in Minneapolis and drove it to New Orleans. Saw the Gateway Arch and Graceland on the way back, with my daughter along for the ride. Great way to welcome a new family member!
