Need help with 2012 TL rims and springs (lowering)

I have a 2012 TL tech, and I will be putting Rohana RC10 rims with Hankook 235/35/19 tires on it. What I need to know is what springs or coilovers to purchase for this job. Also any other pertinent information I would need to know, like rim displacement suggestions, I.e. How concave or convex front and rears should be.

This site where I will be buying the rims is suggesting a staggered setup- 33mm offset for front, and 35mm offset for rears. Is that ok?

You can go with any springs or coilovers you want. Coilovers do offer a pretty cool height adjusting feature, which you know about right? My guess is that you are going 19x8.5 in front and 19x9.5 in the rear?

So you already know what tire size but not rim size? Usually with a staggered set up you'd run staggered tires. Also are you FWD or AWD?

As for suspension, that depends on your budget as well as what you're looking to get out of it. Are you interested in just getting rid of the wheel gap or are you trying to drop it low and handle more aggressive. You can buy springs for a $200-300 where coilovers will run you easily $800+ depending on brand.

Boy there's a lot I don't know about this. I guess I was looking to just get rid of the wheel gap. I am not necessarily looking for an aggressive ride. It is FWD. Base model with Tech. It is possible that I will sell the car when the lease is up in 2015 and upgrade to a SH-AWD 2014 model, but I still would like to know my options for now. What tire sizes would I need for the front and back based on the rim sizes I gave you? Thanks for your help btw.

Oh, as far as the tire size, I used a tire size calculator to make sure I am maintaining exact speedometer reading. If I go with anything different on 19" rime, what would you recommend?
