I have found a 2014 TL special edition with about 7k miles that I probably can get for $27k + tax.

First is this a good price and if the technology package really important?
I can live without premium sound and GPS if that is what you mainly get with Tech package. I have found a couple of Acura's with 2013 tech package around $29k range but they have 20k miles.

Do you know if rear camera standard on TL or only comes with tech package? Will be a bummer if it does not because it is standard in 2014 accord now.

Rear camera comes with tech & advance packages. If you can live w/out navi and premium sounds go for it then... FYI, there are several people here regret for not getting tech package

Premium sounds system is a must for me...

 

I would get the Tech for the backup camera, sound system and better leather. Navi is no big deal but it's a plus.

For the price, I think 27K for an almost brand new 2014 SE is a good price. Of course you should try to talk them down a little bit. For 2013 Tech, I'd definitely talk them down. There is definitely room for negotiation at 29K. Trade in values for these is around 24-25K.
