hello wanted to know if this is possible .i have a 2010 acura tl base and i found a acura tl in junkyard that has the full navagation and rear camera , i wanna know if its possible to add this to my vehicle ,what all do i need besides the camera and radio/sceen ,to put all this in my vehicle

I don't know if the swap can be accomplished but one ramification will likely be the maps will be out of date and to update will cost your about $150.

Of course it is possible, but you will have to replace all the wires, all the modules in the cabin and the cluster

So the navigation version car has a different wiring harness????

Yes, except under the hood all Tech wire harnesses are different.
