CAR_Freak, I hear what youre saying about the power. I havent realy tried to race anyone or anything like that but I have punched it a couple times and to me, its has the same responsiveness of any drive-by-wire, you have to time it just right or your cant get that final passing gear. The 280hp? Im pretty sure that will be amended because when the 04TL came out, (I still have the window sticker) it said 270hp and then they came back next year and said it only had 250-something. This car has always had good acceleration but on the top-end, CTS, WRX anything pushin 300 horses will put the leave on you.

you really dont need to race to feel the raw power. all i can say is its a good improvement from the current model and I believe the 3rd Gen TL did that to get accustomed to the market ratings for brake horsepower. They publicized the 270bhp before knowing that the ratings were calculated in a different formula from now on. Sure, they might have to go back a couple of ponies, if the ratings are calculated in a different formula again.

Hey auto_freak need your opinion man...I was think of adding 3M Clearbra on my car and found good place in Richmond hill and they are charging $799+tax to do bumper, hood, mirrors and bumper. Should I even bother doing the bumper and I'm going to keep this car for 3 years...until Acura comes out with the coupe.

Whoever here thinks that the base (wider and heavier) 4G is faster and more powerful than a 3G TL-S...stop smoking ganga!

I had one guy attempt to play with me on the Belt (highway)... and he punched it, yeah it sounded good...but the sound began to fade in the distance behind me....

personally, i am not a big fan of these clear bras or the leather bras. However, if it makes you feel better, the front bumper and the rear bumper could use the clear bras. I dont know if the price is too high or not, but seems outrageously expensive to me. My friend did his Altima for cheap, but he doesnt remember the shop. I will see if I can hook you up with a better price. you should go for it if this is the cheapest price you got.

btw my car has been acting up, both rear brake rotors need to machined and the brake pads need to be replaced. the sound is so embarassing! went to acura of north toronto today, the guys there were playing around with the LED`s, everyone gave a thumbs up!

Cool

So, I went to Acura of North Toronto today for my car's brake replacements and the brake fluid flush and some work on the previous recalls. While they washed the car, I had to take some pictures of the new TL's in the lot. I am beginning to like the new TL in terms of exterior as well. But I have to admit, if the TSX was produced with a monstrous v6 engine, I would buy it. I like it more than the new TL...Its more like our TL's...

Anyways, enjoy the pictures.
