My 2011 SH-AWD Tech deal...
Long time member/lurker...
First I wanted to thank all my fellow members for the valuable information on this forum. A couple months ago I knew it was the "right" time to jump on a 2011 TL. Coming out of a 2G, the value and performance of this brand is one of the best in its class.
Test drove the FWD and AWD and then the decision was easy
Next I wanted to nail down the color combo, black on taupe. That was a challenge! Especially to find one a dealer was willing to negotiate on
Unfortunately my local dealer was not willing to be aggressive in selling or getting the color combo I wanted. I then came across Duval Acura in Jacksonville. Let me tell you they literally bent over backwards to make this deal with me. If you ever consider buying a car over the net, I can easily recommmend these guys from sales to management to the finance office. No hassle and the truth, I was shocked!
My car came with the following OEM UNINSTALLED (per my request) options:
Full body kit
Front/rear sport trim
Remote start
All weather/trunk mats
Duval had the car shipped to my door from another dealer in VA.
Sales price: $35,880
(Keep in mind I used $1500 loyalty cash for owning a 2G)
The options were another $1720
Total: $37,600
Extra special thanks goes to 6SpdTerror, I was armed with plenty of info
I was thinking to lease it, but the 0.9% was too good to pass up!
Once I got the car I added:
18 OEM wheels w/ 255-40-18 Pilot sport A/S (to help fill the wheel gaps)
3M Crystalline tint (makes a big difference)
Sent lights and tails to JnC for treatment
I still need to install the remote start and I might go for the H&R springs, other than that I am enjoying the hell out of this car!

Congrats SC. I just got H&R Sports Springs-love them. It really "finishes" the stance of the TL.
Enjoy!

Thanks for all the compliments!
Yes got the Tech package, the sound and features are amazing
Steven, are you on OEM wheels? Do you have any pictures? I have searched and have seen a few but would like to see a ground level pic....
