Good question here - in fact, do these things really help? I found that during rather snowy condition, they kind of trapped snow/ice behind the wheels. Do others find the same?

Both sets of brackets are for the rear splash guards. The ones that have a slight arch go vertically and towards the outside. you use exsisting screws to mount them in place, it provides the mounting base and new screw holes for the splash guards. The other set of brackets with the 90* angle mount horizontally. A little hard to visualize but the dealer should print the instrutions for you no problem and let you pick them up or fax them to you. Hope this Helps

Ya they are easy to DIY. Follow the instructions and go to the dealer and get under one of the cars that has them. That is what I did.

The best way is to get the dealer to throw them in when you get the car.
