Morimoto HID Fogs
Hey all, so Ive been reading a little about HID fogs and how morimoto are the best to go with.

My question is this, on this site there are a lot of options. I was told to go with 5K to match the headlights tint but do I want XB35 or 3five? No idea what either mean. Then the same thing with the ballast and harness..theres only two options but I don't want to choose the wrong one.
But I also read a lot about resistors, does this kit not need one or would I still need to buy one?

Burning Brakes
You want the 3five, they are not as powerful as the xb35 ballast, but they are proven to last longer. The light output between the two isn't really that noticeable. I had the same set up in my 2012 Ford Edge and they were much brighter than the stock set up. 5k will be almost pure white from them with a touch of yellow. I went with 6k and it had a slight blue color, but when they warmed up it went to a pure white as well. I would go with the 6k. Their website should tell you which harness you need, or give them a call. They can help you with the reisistors as well.
