According to IIHS Test Results, TL's built after September 2011 were tested.

Well, for those who were concerned about their safety in a TL, a new test by the IIHS rated 2 out of 11 luxury cars as good. Can you guess one of them?

When I saw that article yesterday I had a good laugh about this thread and those who where convinced the car was unsafe because the test changed.
Mercedes Benz did very poorly. haha.

Interesting articles on the net. autonews.com wrote something about Honda disagreeing with the test. Honda/Acura passes the test, and complains.
Merc on the other hand, says if we didn't do the test, it isn't valid.
At least Toyota was very good about it.
