Sorry for this but I'm looking for the maintenance minder info on my 09 TL SHAWD with tech. All of my previous Hondas have had it but I can't find it anywhere. Because I bought the car pre-owned from a Chevy dealer, they couldn't help me, and there is no manual with the car. I have done a search here and can't log in to the Acura site because of a lack of password and sign in info. I am well versed at navigating forums but just can't find the info here. Any help would be appreciated.

The maintenance minder is displayed in the small display in the middle of your instrument cluster. You can cycle through it and there are a few places where you can view the percentage of oil life left. One easy screen is where it shows the AWD distribution. You can int the info button (middle) and cycle through until it shows the oil life.

BTW, I'm not sure but isn't it illegal to see a car w/o a user manual? (Safety reason) If you buy one from Acura it's going to cost you. I would go back to the Chevy dealer and demand they get one for you.

 

Thanks King, I had cycled the different items but didn't realize that you could change what you see on the individual screens. The only things on the AWD dist was temp and total miles until this morning. I really appreciate the heads up.
I'll call the dealer this morning and see what they'd be willing to do about the manual. I'm sure there are plenty of other things I haven't found out about her.

If you're interested, I have both the Owner's manual & manual for the navigation system in electronic format (pdf). They're for a 2010, but shouldn't be a big difference.
