Little advice needed

I am going to buy a TL in the next few weeks as I have after some research(driving and reviews) fallen for this car. Looking at 2010-11 since they fall in parameters of what i want with budget(house purchase in very near future). My girlfriend had weird circumstance where she needed to buy a car all of the sudden and we went shopping today. She knew I liked acuras so we test drove a TSX, which she liked but wasn't crazy thrilled, but it made sense for her situation that came up. After we left I found a TL on the lot and decided we should go back and test drive that. She fell in love with it too, she felt bad for liking it, but I told her if she liked it we needed to get the paperwork going and get it for her. Now I'm not sure what to do, do I buy a TL? Would that be weird as this was the car I was set on and nothing else impresses me now. Looking for some friendly advice and thanks for your response....

After test driving the Tl your girlfriend was impressed,it seems to me she would be happy with the Tl but would settle for the TSX, imo let her get the car that makes her happy.

A 2 TL home might look odd but hey, why not?

I as many, if not more, "chicks" driving TL's around here than I do guys.

I say to just ask her which one she really wants and go from there.. trying to force her into one you want her to have will never work or she'll be an ex-girlfriend before long.

Welcome to the forum. If she likes both cars equally I'd go back and test drive them both again but this time longer. If that doesn't make up her mind get the salesman to crunch the numbers real good and see where they fall. You may be able to get more car (TL) at a not-too-much-more price than the TSX.

Basically she was accepting of the TSX and felt it was a nice car when she called her friend after we left the car lot. We got home and I didn't feel comfortable with her buying a car she was 60% happy about. So I told her we're going back to the dealer and we test drove the TL and RDX turbo and she fell head over heels in love with the TL. She called her friend back and I could tell she was excited if not proud of the car as one should be when getting a new car. Now I just need to find one for me that is a different color and has AWD of course. Thanks again everyone and I'll take any advice you have.

Good for you! Both of you will be in TL heaven, as I am! The SH-AWD is a nice upgrade
