are 194 168 158 all the same bulbs?? cuz I just got this LEDs from V-LED and it wont fit in the door lights.

Pretty sure the 194/168/158 BASE is the same. But that doesn't mean any 194/168/158 bulb will fit. The overall bulb still has to be the right width, length and depth.

IOW, the type of base really doesn't say anything about the size or shape of the bulb.

 

so what's the difference between 194 and 158?? I"m pretty sure the oem size is 158 for the door bulbs.

 

158 is what the Sylvania relplacement guide says (not that they are always 100% correct).

In what way does the LED you have not fit?

I don't know anyone in 3G or 4G that have used "flank" bulbs.
