LED vs HID

What is the difference between installing 6K LED H11's and 6K HID H11's for fogs?

as far as i know you cant get anywhere near the light output of HID with LED.
If you want to make your fogs brighter then HID would be the way to go.

LEDs are just low power and offer the same colors as HID.

LED offers no competition to HIDs. LEDs are very pointed and dont really offer much lumen output, HIDs however...

Yeah, I just read that somewhere, not sure where, but it said that LED is purely cosmetic with no light output, thanks though.
