Anyone have any experience with Lamin-x headlight film? stuff looks great, just wondering if anyone out there has had any applied?

 

Here is how mine turned out. Looks pretty good and the film is easy to work with. Only problem for me was that it was too dark... It cut out too much light. I love the look though.

 

I had every single light done on my previous vehicle. I was very happy with it, especially for the price as compared to having them smoked or painted. Seemed to hold up very well.

 

Love the stuff. You can also buy it in bulk so you can pick the thickness and cut it to fit.

 

Did anyone tried the pre-cut for tail lights?
I received two precut films for tails and two, what I believed, precuts for rear reflectors.
I just applied my tail films, but the film for rear reflector doesn't fit.
Actually, it fits front turn signal light under headlamp.

I can still trim it but want to make sure.

Is it normal?
I contacted Lamin-x guy and he said it is not meant to fit rear reflector light...

And again, it is precut to fit front signal light perfectly...

A package containing two film for rear tails and two films for front turn signals?

What kind of package is that???

Anyone has clue??

 

Oh BTW, mine is base TL so front turn signal light is long...
