Just Leased a 2011 TL SH-AWD Tech
Last one available in my immediate area. Silver, with black interior.
Caveat, it is a demo (8,700KM). Which I normally avoid however, full warranty, and due to be inspected shortly.
Dealer took ~$8K off the price, and included tints, moulding and winter tires. I put nothing down, no security deposit.
I end up paying $600/tax in at 1.9% rate, residual value ~22K.
All in all, I'm happy and it is a considerable upgrade from my previous long line of base model Civics.

I pay $675/month taxes in on my lease, but then again mine was New, and i got the SH-AWD. with 2.9% lease rate, no money down.
You did good.
