How to remove front reflector on base model?

2010 TL Base FWD. In the front of the car there's two white reflectors next to the turning signal. I'm wondering if these are removable on the base model since I do see some tech models without them (photo taken from another member's post on here for demo purposes).

Nah, he's talking about the longer non-SH-AWD turn signals, not the headlight reflectors

They're 2 completely different styles of turn signal housings and bumpers. Either you grind open your turn signals (I don't think they use the same flexible butyl adhesive) and hope the reflectors inside can be cleanly cut, or you're going to need the SH-AWD bumper + turn signals. SH-AWD turn signals look like they'd mount fine, but you'd be left with exposed plastic.

Yea you’re right man. The reflector and turn signal are built as one piece. It’s not bothersome enough for me to saw it off so I’ll leave it alone for now.

2009-2011 SH-AWD bumper would be easier. Everything else would be a direct swap, you'd just need the new turn signal lamps.

Although i just got my 2012+ swap done, and am thoroughly pleased lol
