Your best bet is call the Acura Toll Free Customer Service. I tried numerous times to contact Corporate a while back and got sent in circles. That is one thing I hated about Acura. It is also a good idea to get everything documented by the dealer service department. Your dealer's service manager and the Acura regional rep are probably the 2 best people to get anything done.
