Honda/Acura Tops In Consumer Reports Quality Report Card Yet Again

Coming in at a score of 78 (a combination of vehicles' test scores and reliability ratings). The rest of the manufacturers came in as follows:
Subaru 75
Toyota 74
Mazda 73
Mercedes Benz 72
Nissan 72
Volkswagon 72
BMW 72
Hyundai 70
Volvo 65
Mitsubishi 64
Ford 63
Suzuki 60
GM 57
Chrysler 48

For pure reliability Acura gets nosed out only by Scion. The list:
Scion
Acura
Honda
Toyota (boy, their asses must be chapped)
Lexus (See Toyota)
Infiniti
Subaru
Hyundai
Mitsubishi
Kia
Lincoln
Mazda
Mini (well, at least they beat their parent, BMW)
Nissan
Mercury
Volvo
Ford
Buick
Porsche
BMW (trailing Buick...Oh, how the mighty have fallen)
Suzuki
Audi (ouch...below Suzuki...lol)
Saab
Chevrolet
Volkswagon
GMC
Mercedes Benz (yup....just can't get the reliability thing)
Jeep (thought it would have been even lower)
Pontiac
Dodge
Cadillac (a bit of a surprise here...would have thought
they'd be higher)
Chrysler
Saturn (wow...this used to be OK)
Land Rover (what an unmitigated POS)

Why I find interesting is the constant climb of Hyundai, they will be a force to be reckoned with especially if they keep spinning luxury models.

And the geniuses at the big three wonder why they are on the verge of bankruptcy, their automobiles are bottom dwellers.

That and union legacy costs add $1,400.00 per car to the bill.

My CL has only had the ballast go out at it's at 77,000 miles. Good cars. Not sure how this is germane to the TL though.
