I am thinking about replacing the factory Head Light and Fog Light bulb.

What is the best way to do it?

I was thinking to do it myself...

Is it easy to remove and install HID bulb?

Or if anyone in Southern Cali knows a good shop, please recommend.

Bumper removal is the hardest part. Other than that you’re just replacing the OEM HID low beam bulb with your new bulb. For the fog lights you will need a HID kit with ballast since the 4G fogs are not HID. You will need to find a good place to mount the ballast being the reason you need to remove bumper. I mounted mine on metal bar behind bumper. You should also do a search on here with keyword HID. There are plenty of people who have done this mod successfully. That’s how I learned. Hope this helps.
