Thanks everyone for all the great information on this forum. I just sold my 2007 BMW 530i and I'm thinking about leasing a TL for my next car. I'm considering a 36 mo lease on a 2011 Acura TL w/ tech, 15,000 miles per year in Southern California. I believe the MF is .00107 and residual is 56%, the MSRP is $39,895, and invoice is $37,137. I think there is a $1500 factory-to-dealer incentive on the care so I offered $36,000 and the dealer countered at $36,600 and is stuck there. This makes the lease $439 / mo with $2998 down. Is this a good deal? If so, what else should I be asking for in order to sweeten the deal?

Welcome to the forum! I leased a 2010 TL/Tech (10k/36 months) for $451 a month ($500 down) 2 months ago. Granted it was a leftover with more incentives but if you can wait till about March-April the incentives on the 2011 should offer similar savings (or you may like the 2012 MMC better). Have them through in wheel locks, truck tray, and weather mats at that price.
