I get it. If you are hauling around a ton of kids I see the appeal of a minivan. The Odyssey is about as nice as they get. However, don't get rid of the manual TL. Its a friggin unicorn.
Take a look on Auto trader and see the premiums dealers are getting for these cars over Automatics. I had to get my Manual driven to me from almost 700 miles away because I couldn't find a halfway decent deal around here !

 

Please keep it. You're 9 & 6 year olds will eventually wise up to the level of your 15 yr old You already have the space, room, and comfort when you need it out of the cuv.
