General Observation

Saw a 4G from Acura of Bellevue today. Palladium, I think - Silver but with an ever so slight tan/creamy hue. SH-AWD with a 20% tint all around. My jaw just dropped . Can't believe I'm saying this, but the 4G TL's are damn sleek. Driving in the rain with another TL next to it (3G), I couldn't believe almost how outdated the previous generation TL looked. I knew the 4G was growing on me, but I took a double take of the car as I was passing it. Acura...always ahead of its time (design wise) as someone mentioned, is truly the only words to describe it; it's beautiful! -> :theghey:

Bravo 4G'ers

my head turns and I stare every time I see one. I love the exterior styling. Almost bought a G but took one look at the TL up close and it was over.

I saw it yesterday too. Cool car. The silver works with the large beak better than other colors.

The car has some really nice lines to it. It's just a matter of time before most warm up to it. Good to see some 3G members coming around. Once you embrace the looks you will see it's the best TL to this point and one of the best Honda/Acura products ever.

Absolutely. In part though, the car definitely seems to be geared towards a much older, mature audience. You're right though, it's only a matter of time.

Ya think? Although some of you guys may consider me part of the older crowd, I don't think the (older) crowd can accept the daring design of the new TL. In other words the guy who buys a Buick is'nt going to look at the TL!
The other fact is that you can make the TL your own. People will make mods to their cars (i.e.20" wheels, tint windows, custom grills, etc.), and other people will just leave them as is.
I've always loved the TL's past & present but was always into Maximas. This is my first TL (Honda product) and I think it blows away much of the competion out their and is currently the biggest bang for the buck.

Hello..... Tap tap tap.... Older guy here. :-)

On the other hand, look at the Buicks on the horizon. GM are beginning to get their collective acts together. Whether or not you're a GM fan, it's going to make for better choices for everybody.

Yes I think you may have a point. I was born into a Buick family. May parents, uncle, & grandparents always bought Buicks.....50's & 60's eara.
At this point in time Buicks have not been my bag. The only Buick I would own right now is a 82-87 Grand National.
Although this IS a great lookin Buick:

If Acura can refresh the beak to look more like the TSX it will be a much better seller.
