G37x or Acura TL awd?

I would probably go Acura TL 3.5, with a set of Blizzaks.
I just test drove the G37X today, and like everyone else says, it is a completely different car than the Acura TL.
G37x positives: great power, smooths out bumps better than the TL, dependable engine and awd system, pricing is quite reasonable.
G37x negatives: more engine/road noise then the TL (but not bad), feels small for some reason, interior definitely a step or two below the TL, overall ride is not as refined as the TL.
It's difficult to describe the difference to someone who hasn't driven them, but they are very different. The Acura feels like a larger, more luxurious/refined sedan, but still handles great because it is over-sprung.
The G37x feels like a smaller sports car, that has a touch of luxury added to it, but doesn't quite feel like it belongs in the same price range as a TL. Still a great all around car for the right person.
