Soon I will be lowering my car and I have already noticed that my 2012 TL has a long front end and where I currently live they do not allow backing in to spot (dumb I know) now my issue is I notice that already my front bumper prob sits like 1-2 inches off the parking curb and I know once I throw on my coils and wheels my front end will sit alot lower, my concern here is that I don't want to rip off/damage my front bumper so I have been looking into a few options. One option I am leaning towards alot is to install a front view parking camera wired to a switch and tie it into my OEM rear view setup that came with the car. Does anyone have any knowledge on a project like this or if this has been done before? Before I begin to purchase the camera system I want to know if this is possible and what all I would need. Thank you in advance.
I agree with the guys, don't bother with a front parking camera, chances are it will just get damaged and ruined anyway. Scraping is part of the lowering game, you'll eventually get used to your ride height.

Sir I see everyone point but I think you have the wrong idea I have no issue with scrapping (this isnt my first rodeo) its tearing off my bumper is what I have an issue with but thank you for your input.

How long have you had this car?
Seriously, the small air dam under the front fascia is replaceable and not something you should be concerned about when parking in most spots. Just DON'T PULL ALL Up
I have a NavTool set up with a front facing camera. It works great. You only need the analog video input and a way to power the camera. Mine is up high, in the Acura Emblem because mine is a Thermal Camera for night vision. With the NavTool, you just hold down the Cancel button for 3 seconds and it switches the screen to the camera display. Very simple and not that expensive - unless you count the Thermal Camera...

Not that expensive? That is like $500+ lol but thanks for the input
I just checked out their website and all NavTool products for the Acura are on sale. The unit for just analog video is on sale for $275. This is less than what I paid...
If you are looking for a cheap solution, you will get a cheap product. I can say that I have had zero problems with this product and have been using it for a couple years.
