End of Warranty
I have a 2010 TL FWD with about 40,000 km or about 25,000 miles. My lease and warranty will come to an end at the end of June. My question is, is there anything that should be looked at (possible problems) so that they can be fixed if necessary by the dealer. I am most probably going use the buy-back option on the car.

As long as your keeping up with the scheduled maintenance and the car is currently driving fine with no issues you should have no problems. For peace of mind you might have the dealership or trusted mechanic look over the car for peace of mind.
I'm not sure how the lease/buyback system works but I'm assuming you can request and detailed inspection from the dealership before you seal the deal and buy back the TL. I would treat it as if your buying a used car from an Acura dealership.
Regardless, they're going to inspect the vehicle before they put it back on the lot and if it meets certain criteria it will be listed as a certified used Acura with Acura's extended warranty (At no extra cost to you).
