EFi service for '09 TL Base

Dealership has recommended an EFi service for my '09 TL with 69K miles. Quote $208.95. Is this a necessary service for the vehicle? Car runs great and mileage is good. Thanks!

Go buy some fuel additive for $5. This is likely what the dealer will do as well.
