Is there anybody out there than can point me to a website where I can buy LEDS for my 2013 TL day time running lights that wont set off a bulb out code on the dash I need help. The 9005 bulbs I think they use in the car now look dated. HELP!?!?!??!

Use search, lots of great info on the forum and there is a nice article on how to avoid splicing the wires and instead going under the dashboard to install a .12ohm resistor!

 

Does anyone have a DIY for this mod? I'm interested in doing the same thing.

 

You're probably thinking of the turn signal...

OP, buy the iJDMToy harness for about $25.
Then couple them with your choice of Cree 9005 bulbs.

Without it, you'll:
1. Be running the LEDs dim at 6V instead of 12V
2. Get the DRL error on the dash.

 

Search my threads, I have a led conversion kit installed, there are even videos as well showing them. It's a simple plug and play kit, no codes, high beams work and the drl is a nice bright white.
