Unfortunately loyalty and conquest is now gone. That was a great program to save customers a grand or so.

Invoice on a 13 TL AWD TECH is $40,450 + $895 for destination fee = $41,345 total dealership invoice. You take $41,345 - $3,250 = $38,095 would be your rock bottom price. But then you need to factor in taxes, title/doc fee, and any accessories you'd like.

A fair price to pay (giving the dealership money to at least run the electricity would be $38,500. Which is still a great deal on a car with a $44,080 sticker.

Do keep in mind when you come into a dealership try to be polite with them. That's the best way to get a good deal. Especially when your hoping they'll accept that offer, they don't have to. If they don't, come see me. I will

Hey Corey, thanks for posting all this excellent information.

To make your life easier on AcuraZine, we have a Multi-Quote Button in the lower right hand corner of each post (the middle icon). It allows you to respond to more than one person in a single reply.

It will look like the merged posts above.

Be sure to give it a try-it really does make things easier!

Corey- quick question. You mentioned that this info is generally kept internal. Is this different than say the information that can be found on Edmunds? For example, I found the very same if not very similar info that you posted on Edmunds. Just wondering.

Thanks Corey. but i read it somewhere in the form that some people paid $37k (taxes and tag included) for the 13 Sh-awd with tech in July (after the loyalty program) is this possible? Thanks again

Before, with the loyalty program it's possible to reduce it another 1500, but with taxes and what not that is a VERY far stretch. I believe loyalty/conquest was $1500. But still, that wouldn't get it to 37 with tax and title. Taxes are around 2500 to 3000 usually (depending on where you live, sometimes more).

I could easily see 37 before tax/title and what not, but not so sure with tax and title.

Something tells me this guy isn't going to last a year at that job. Waaaay too over-eager. And it's just common sense not to be doing this kind of thing on the internet. People really need to be told stuff like this?

Not over-eager, although I appreciate your criticism. Just trying to provide some people with knowledge. The information is available in more places than this I'm just making it easy to find for you. I'll last quite a while in this job position because I sell a very good amount of cars in my position using this technique. Being upfront and honest with customers telling them the truth of how much money we have to work with.

On top of that I'm going to college part-time, and do many other things. My management team loves me and has no problems with me. Take my information I'm sharing with you however you'd like, it doesn't bother me. I know some appreciate it, others don't.

Corey, where were you when we bought our 2014 MDX? Although I did not have a bad experience with the other dealer in Columbus, it's nice to know that people around the area (Ohio) have another option that understands more the needs and preferences of consumers. I appreciate all the information that you share with us.
I am anxiously waiting for the TLX (the MDX is the wife's daily driver). Please let us know if you have insider information regarding this upcoming model from Acura. I will be in the market for a mid-size sedan next year and the TLX is on my short list. I hope it doesn't disappoint.
Thanks again and welcome!

Congratulations on your new MDX! They are one amazing vehicle, especially compared to the 2013. I will most defiantly keep everyone posted on TLX data as soon as it is released to me.

We just got a 2014 Acura TL on the lot so the 13 production is over, now it's only 14's. GET A 13 IF YOU WANT A GOOD DEAL PEOPLE

All, Today is the final day for these incentives, I will make a NEW post for incentives for TL's, as am sure we all know the 2014 is the last opportunity to get this body style NEW. Expect some pretty good incentives. I will be sure to make notice to any more or less deal cash given.
