crankshaft position sensor location

I have a 2012 Acura TL and I cannot find the crankshaft position sensor location. Can you tell me where it is located.

It is under this metal cover.

I thought it was right next to the crankshaft pulley? Just watched a video of a 2012 where the guy replaced it after removing the crank pulley. Is this the 3.5L or 3.7L?
