The Check SHAWD System indicator came on after starting the car cold a couple of weeks ago. Coincidentally (i hope), it was a couple days after i brought the car in the dealer to start the oil burning diagnostic (separate post in the oil burning forum). It's a 2009 TL SHAWD Tech+ model with 185k kms now (had 140k kms in late 2014 when i bought it from the original owner). The Transaxle and Read Diff fluid was due for a change anyway (2 years since last change) and the levels were fine prior to the change. No metal bits so they appear to be mechanically fine. Couldn't find any diagnostic info or things i could check in the forums or via google. Does anyone have and can share the relevant sections of the Service Manual related to what the diagnostic procedures should be? Will likely have to take it to the dealer but some advance info on how they would diagnose it would be helpful. Any suggestions would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Brought it in to the dealer today and it was the shawd relay behind the rear seat that was sticking. Replaced it and all is well again withe the system. Thanks for the Service Manual link!
