Checked speed sensors and they are all good. Was told the ABS module went bad how common is this or should I be looking for something else it could be.

 

on diagnosing problems, never assume something went bad. Check it and test it.

is your battery holding 12.4 volts when the car is off??? a low voltage battery will make electronics funky. that's the first step, I would take...checking the battery.
How did you check speed sensors? visual inspection?
