Can you guys tell me if this is a good price
I am getting a 2009 TL FWD tech package...
For 475.00 a month / 12k miles/ 36 months, with 786.00 due at signing.
I had a 05 TL' so they gave me a 1500 voucher to put towards the down payment.
BTW this is through Rallye Acura.
What do you guys think??

If not, I suggest you to wait at least for another couple of months. With recent economic situation, many car manufacturer would release better promotion, and then perhaps, you'll end up with a TL SH-AWD

TQ > MPG
For the same payment you could get alot more car, and actually own it.
Not trying to talk you out of the TL, but you could OWN a 2009 G8 GT for the same monthly payment (maybe even less if you put down more) and you wouldnt have to worry about going over mileage.

I have to tunr in my 05 tl on April 1st, so I really have no other choice. I am assuming people are paying much for the 475 a month to lease the TL. I have looked into a used 5 series, and BMW wnats 500+ and 3k down.

Without more numbers to be sure.....It appears to be a very good deal since the national factory program would cost $18,043 total (taxes not included) over 3 years.
Your deal is $17,886 over the same 3 years AND you get 12,000 miles annually (not 10k). Does your payment include
the sales tax ? If yes, even a better deal !
Is your lessor American Honda Financial ? They are more lenient when it's time for end of lease inspection.

What is your money factor, residual and selling price of the car ?
Is this voucher for any customer or a return leasee ? If return leasees only, your deal
needs to be $1,500. better than the national program's total cost amount when comparing
apples to apples..

I think it's a fair deal. I've been offered a $0 down/$528 monthly lease including TTL for 36 months/10,000 yearly on the same vehicle without a voucher. My vehicle also included a protection package which includes wheel locks and some other stuff I cannot remember at the moment.

First weekend of March 2009 - I was able to get a 36 month /12K lease $423+tax and $1100 total due at signing. This included first payment.
This was for a 2009 TL standard (not tech) in Borialis Blue. For comparison...

I always thought you should know the bottom line price of the car regardless of whether it is a lease or purchase.. Once you know that you can then talk about lease payment based on a formula or equation. Because when you go in like this you are paying MSRP or who knows what.. and that is no good.. when everyone else is paying 2k below invoice..
