Buzzing noise coming from A/C vent or speaker?

Buzzing noise coming from A/C vent or speaker?
I have a 2012 TL and hearing a buzzing noise either coming from the far left A?C vent, or the speaker in the windshield frame. It seems to buzz, or crackle around 45mph. I've searched this sight and on the web but can't find anything related. Would be interested if there is a TSB.

Does it change pitch when accelerate? If so, same thing happens in mine. Pretty annoying. Would love to learn the solution.
