Brake cooling ducts?

I must be missing something. The specs on the sh-awd indicate there are brake cooling ducts. While comparing a fwd vs. sh-awd from the front I cannot see the difference.

Could someone point out the difference for me?

The area i've highlighted in red is the brake cooling duct which diverts air towards the wheelwell, yuu will also find vents in the wheelwell that help direct airflow as well.

I know the 09-11' AWD had cooling ducts, I wonder if the 12-13' also has them?

yes, they do and can sometimes be a pain in the ass to get the plastic wheel well cover off and over them to work on your lights.

I know this is an old thread, but does anyone know if the ducts are made up of only 1 piece on each side or is there more parts? I could only find:

Duct, L Front Brake
Product ID: 74162-TK5-A00

Duct, R Front Brake
Product ID: 74122-TK5-A00

Thanks in advance.

Turns out these types of parts aren't made anymore. I was able to find all but 74122-TK5-A00 *DUCT, R FRONT BRAKE
The Acura warehouse confirmed none in stock nationally but I'm hoping a non Acura warehouse has one stocked somewhere...
if anyone knows of where to look or if you have one for sale, please let me know. Other ideas?

Thanks guysChris

Looks like HondaPartsNow.com sells it and doesn't say out of stock, and it's about 1/3rd the price of the Acura parts sites.

Besides new, I can only suggest used via a recycling yard or self-service place like u-pull-it

Unfortunately they too said backorder with no ETA. I've been thinking and a universal vacuum hose with some modifications to attach it to the bumper should suffice until I find a used one. Thanks guys for your replies.

Yeah. It's literally a hole in front with a hole in the wheel well. I notice it when I change the tires from Summer to Winter. I can post some pictures when I change them over but I won't be for awhile. I can try to take it from under the car ASAP.

Check eBay. Plenty of these cars were made...and plenty of them went to junkyards

You can find parts.
