Bought 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD A-spec
Well I finally bought the 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD A-Spec black on black auto, from Erin Mills Acura in Ontario after all they gave me 5 hrs test drive with there car when no other dealer wouldn't. I got a fair price. If anyone looking for a Acura go and see Azam Riffat he is very good to do business with, he will give you a good deal. So I will take delivery on the 29th.

Good job on giving the business to the sales guy that gave you the test drive. I'm guessing you bought the car for around $44,500 before everything else?

Very nice, but when i was looking at that I was thinking I would have to get snows for the winter. Might have to get them anyway. Mags look great though. Is the interior the same as the SH-AWD, wuith Tech.

It's the OEM body kit with some other goodies, if my memory serves me correctly, yes?

got it to move excess inventory. It's the same car with body kit and midnight chrome trim.

^ Yeah I had one of those too. Even when 4 of us went on the testdrive the salewoman sat in the middle seat in the back. I was like "WTF lady, get in thetrunk o0r something" lol, not really...... but I should have.

I will not be going to Erin Mills to see your sales person because he sold you some B.S. There are NO "A-Spec" cars for Northern America for Acura TL's. You may have just purchased a well accessorized Acura TL.
In this case, many people have the same "A-Spec" and or can have it by buying the pieces on Craigslist.
No where in the Acura site nor catalog was there a mention of A-Spec. There is however a Sport Package A and B.

They also did this in Canada for the 2G and 3G TL as well. They look cool, but the interior in those years had some ugly blue inserts in the seats, at least for the 2g.

Finally Took Delivery of My car
Yeah!! I did took delivery of the car on the 29th, it is a beauty, I drove it to work and I was getting compliments all day how beatiful the car is, yes it has the bodykit with custom A-Spec stitching for the mats, A-spec Badging, midnight chrome, the engine is the same in the future I will put the takeda intake, we will see how it goes. I still didn't get to take any pictures yet. it drives very nicely the electric steering is quick and precise, suspension ride is firm, Navigation system is better than I thought, seating is comfortable the height should be able to adjust higher, I am 5' 9 just like to see over the hood I guess I am use to that with the Maxima, steering wheel fits nicely in my hand, the sound from the exhaust is wicked when the v-tech kicks in, I will take my time until break in is over.

Despite what the haters say, this car really commands attention. I came out of a clothing store Friday evening and a guy was on the lot checking mine out - "great looking car," he said. This happens all the time.
I've never owned a car that yielded so many compliments from strangers.

I know! I've had my car for a day, and I think I've already received more compliments on it than I did my 3G. Once you get in one and ride it, even more, DRIVE IT, you are sold on it.
The thing is, I think a lot of the hate is coming from people who loved the 3G so much. I LOVED my 3G and did NOT like the 4G when it came out. Last year I when I had my brakes worked on and new tires put on the dealer gave me a brand new 2010 TL w/TECH for the day as a loaner, I loved the car after driving it.
Now when I was looking at cars, it was very high up on my list, especially after all the great service the dealer has always given me. Yes it's expensive, yes I probably should save my money instead, but in the end, it's all worth it to me.

Were you by any chance driving on the QEW yesterday towards/around Niagra in the crazy traffic? Saw a black A-Spec with 2 guys in the front (younger) and a girl in the back.
I was in the White FWD TL with the midnight chrome grille/trim with the chrome rims. (if it was you).
Wierd but anytime I see a 4G TL - I love to catch up and drive along, the 4G is so rare on the road that when you do see them its like you want to see it more. Its like riding with random bikers on the road.
