Body Kit question - Help pls

Folks with the underbody spoilers, have you experienced any issues with the rear underbody spoiler?

I'm told by my sales agent that he knows someone who had issues because of the shape/contour of the rear lower bumper - supposedly the underbody spoiler does not sit flush with the rear bumper after a while - kind of "peeling away" - not sure how to explain this better. I'm thinking perhaps due to improper installation from the get go - maybe not enough tape?

The reason I ask is because I saw a PM with underbody spoilers in person and it definitely adds to the car and I'm now thinking of adding it to my car. Pictures I saw of the PM with kit do not do the setup justice - Maybe just me, but I find the 4G PM is like a "top model" that needs a professional photograph to make her look good in pictures

Thanks
d

There is no 3M tape provided at the corner part on the rear bumper, that could where the sag could come. Mine has been fine, but it has only been a few weeks. My dealer said if I am not happy with it, they will order extra 3M tape and put it on again next time I am there.

Yes after a while there will be a slight gap on the corner. Maybe as the poster above said no 3M tape on the corners?

Acura really should have made the fit perfect, it looks pretty bad with a gap if you come up close and take a look.

My dealership actually said its under warranty too and would send it to the bodyshop for me to get it fixed and give me a loaner if needed.

it is common for these to gap... BUT if you take your time when installing, and actually use the rubber rolling device they encourage you to use, there wont be a gap

i personally, did not take my time.. and i have slight gapping
