Back to black
Back to black
Looking for suggestions on a product that can reverse the smoky black aging on the black cover panel under the windshield wiper arms. Mine has aged and I would like to restore the color if possible. Unfortunately this is an outside car.
Check out Meguiars "Ultimate Black", it's a plastic restorer. You can purchase at Wal-Mart, AutoZone, etc...or check out the Special Interest section of the forum which contains wash & wax information.
Several products out there. Mothers Back to Black, Mcguiars ultimate black plastic restorer among others. I've heard some people have actually used peanut butter. What ever you use it will not last forever, you will have to reapply from time to time.
Thanks for your answers. I know that these products need to be re-applied regularly. I will heed your advice and will use what had been used / tested by the community. Wanted to see if there was anything new and exiting available. Not into snake oil.
