Another Window Tint Question

Are the 4th gen TL's scratching the window tint with the up and down window motion like the 3rd gen do? If so, does the 'mole skin' cure the problem?

The shop that did my tint said that i did not need the moleskin,so far i do not have any scratches on mine.
