Details of the terms state the $440/month, $0 down is for a TL with a MSRP $35,915.00 - so that would be the base TL, non-tech.

Last week I did a similar deal for a 2010 SH-AWD non-tech for $501/month including PA tax (9%). No money down, sign and drive 36 month, 12,000 miles

Wait...it seems that we do get it in NJ, as well as one worse:

$379.00 per month for 36 months. $2,999.00 total due at signing.

Ouch... any money out of pocket for a lease = bad stuff...

We don't even have it in MA.

about $1400 of the $2900 goes towards the start up fees so really only the difference is going toward actual cap cost reduction.

How do they justify $440 per month for 36 months with 0 down vs $379.00 per month for 36 months. $2,999.00 total due at signing? If you do the math, your better off with no out of pocket as long as you don't plan on keeping it.

Why would the intent on keeping the car justify putting money down? Money down lowers the payment but the purchase price at the end of the lease is based on the residual % of the MSRP not money down.
