My dealership had a new car owners clinic today and it was packed, about 35-40 people and about 50% of them purchased the new tl. The clinic focused on the new technologies and upcoming improvements that acura was working on. They answered any questions on the navigation, bluetooth, hdd and any other questions you had after using the car for a couple of weeks. It also was like an infomercial on the safety features of the car, like how the passenger side air bag turns of with weight of 20-60 lbs in the seat. it was pretty informative and they even washed the car, gave me a free car wash coupon and free touch up paint. Will definetly purchase from this dealer again,

No shit? What a nice way to win with support! Hey Acura 101, make it happen!!! They actually already got my business regardless, but it would nice to be at a seminar like that. I free car wash isn't a bad thing as long as they do it right. Three years ago, they scratched the top of my car pretty bad, but I had it partially vanished by Flawless-Finish thank god.

We were there yesterday too! On our 3rd Acura from Acura of Libertyville. Their service department is second to none. The sales department is finally catching up. So, if you had a good purchase experience, you will definitely be impressed with the service going forward.
