Acura-Great Car, Worst dealerships

Don't know, Laws, but I look forward to your first service experience there. Salesmen, which I assume is who you dealt with, are usually cool people, because they're trying to make a sale. It's the service department that really shows how good/bad a dealership is. Keep us posted!

Bummer ot head about the bad experience with Acura of Peoria. I've never been there (don't live in AZ) but I did order my OEM all-season mats which just arrived today, two days from order date, in perfect condition and $40 cheaper than at local dealerships.
Of course the people filling internet orders are likely not the same people working in sales or service.

I took my TL to Columbia Acura in Cincinnati OH For a slight rattle in the interior .. It has been three days so far and when I call up the techs don't have an answer for me. I am waiting for a call back today when I called at 1145am. I got a courtesy car so I'm not that upset.. It would be nice for the dealership to keep me in the loop since this car is 2 weeks old and I want to drive it .. But it's warranty work so they take their sweet ass time on it

Unfortunately I think many dealers of various brands are just not up to the standards they should be. It seems like once they sell you the car, they want to be done with you and move on.
I am very surprised that this is happening especially with the way economy has gone in this country you would think they would go the extra mile to give you better service.
It seems like the level of service from dealerships as well as the service we get throughout our daily lives is low on the totem pole for many. It is very disheartening.

I got the car back today it was a pinch weld area by sunroof so they took apart the whole head liner and sunroof .. I can see how that took a few days.. But the inside of the car smells like throw up now.. Going to get a full detail ASAP

I have nothing but great things to say about my dealer in Colorado.
I purchased my 2010 TL from Courtesy in Littleton.
The sales was great, service is top notch - they always seem to "trip" over themselves when I or someone else brings there car in for service.
One experience, the leather was "peeling" back on the drivers door panel so I took it in expecting them fix it - they replaced the entire panel.
Highly recommend these guys.

I got my first TL at Tim Smith Acura (Ft Walton Beach FL) Good sales members. Excellent service dept.
Got my 2nd TL at Acura of Orange Park in Jacksonville FL. Excellent sales folks. Havent used their service dept as they are 4hrs away. Only went there b/c they had an AWD model I wanted.

I've had great experiences at Jay Wolfe Acura in Kansas City. No problems getting in for service, loaners have always been available. We get lifetime free oil changes as well and they buy lunch if you have your oil done over lunch.
I had similar good experience with the local BMW dealer when I had a 328i. The worst experience I've had locally was with one of the Honda dealerships, who, I found out, ended up firing their entire service staff because of uniformly poor service.
