I purchased my car there last year,i have no complains about the salesman or sale process,however everything went downhill after the purchase,poor prep,rustproofing poorly applied and missing in several areas,missing clips after install of accessories as well as poor installation.
While these problems have been resolved,it should not have happened in the first place,needless to say i don't use there facility any longer.

I had to have them reapply the 3M clear onto the hood and this they did ok. While waiting i spoke to the service personnel and was not impressed. They will not do work on my car if I supplied say the oil on a oil and filter service. They want me to use only factory manufactured items.
I take my car to Erin Mills Acura and am treated very well there. I can supply whatever parts I want and they will oblige. My favourite Service advisor is Andre.

I've bought my last 3 Acura TLs there over the last 10 years and have had nothing but the best of service. I know others who have had the same experience.

Should you not be buying your cars @ Fairview Acura? That said Acura 2000s prices always are better except once.

I bought my first TL @ Fairview Acura, the 2010 TL SH-AWD. Have always had service there also. Great service, and dealership overall. When buying my 2012 SH-AWD 6MT, I had a pretty aggressive goal, and deal that i wanted. They couldn't touch it or come close. Actually all of the dealers the 200km radius couldn't come close, including Acura 2000. The winner was Acura of Hamilton. Bought there, but continued to service at Fairview.

2. Be carefull what you say about a business. It needs to be truthful otherwise it could be considered slander. If you are going to call a Stealership a wreck, give us some examples.

I've been dealing with Fairway Acura for some 8 years now and I agree about their great service - classy.
