There was a dyno up a late last year reading 501whp
buddy is nuts

I don't think so, he hasn't responded to be since but I don't think he is. I remember either like halferland or p2r commented "don't get greedy with hp" cause 500 is a lot for the j37 to handle

Stock internals I assume? Interesting that the engine would become a weak link before the drive train.

Though I guess every Honda engine can't be a K-series...

yeah I wish I put j37 in the title is there any way to change it. 400hp in a j37 you'll be fine on stock internals, aside from the parts you'll swap out for more airflow. 500hp is like just a matter of time before she goes. People that j35 swap I've seen handle 700-800hp stock drive train I believe. The j37 is bored out to the max the way it comes from acura, I don't know much about it but you could probably do a custom sleeve job or get a billet block or something if you had money. I think you can stroke them idk much about that either but I've seen one guy somewheres turn a j35 to a j36
