2013 TL Advance FWD Price

Hey everyone,

I currently have a 2011 TSX and thinking about trading it in for a TL Advance. So far, the best quote I got $34,000. Do y'all think I can do better than this?

Does that $34,000 quote mean your negotiated purchase price before tax or trade-in? If so I think that's a dang good deal.

The price is expected (great price btw) if they've already included the $1,500 loyalty and don't screw you on the trade-in value.

I think the street price for TL Adv is right around 35.5K before tax.

Yeah, the $34K is probably with the loyalty discount. Just make sure you find out the value of your trade and hard nose them on the negotiations and you'll be fine.

^^ With loyalty discount I was quoted $34,998. So, yes, you're reading this right.

$35K-ish is right it's at right now. And the MSRP for a FWD Advance is about 42K by the way.

I was referring to the TL SH-AWD Advance for the $46k MSRP. I didn't realize you guys were talking about the FWD.

If $35k-ish is the going rate for a TL FWD Advance, with loyalty cash, that makes sense to me, and I would consider that a great buy. I would fly to TX to buy a car at that price. Here in WA state, stealerships are arrogant and don't bargain much.

When I bought my TL three weeks ago, the best price I could get for a TL Advance FWD was $40k after loyalty cash and trading in my 2012 TSX. I think your quote is a steal since the base model is $36,000.

I would also say that 34k for a FWD advance is a great price. I would take it myself if I were in the market (which I will be in another 4 months)!

+1 but I think it's after trade-in. Still a good deal none the less.

FWD Advance??? Am i missing something? In Canda we only have FWD w/Tech. SH-AWD comes in Tech, & Elite (U.S. Advance pkg)

Do the U.S. markets have a FWD Advance pkg also?

Yes, FWD in Base, SE, Tech then Advance.

SH-AWD in Base, Tech then Advance.

If that's before your trade, that's a great deal. Here in AZ it's listing at $41,800. Hard to imagine they'd knock of $6K.

I got mine in So Cal a month ago for $37.7k. I could have kept negotiating but I didn't really care, I make good money and the dealership was cool so I cut them some slack.
I highly recommend the Advance for anyone who can afford it though, the ventilated seats are very effective and I'm totally hooked on the blind spot indicators to the point where I never need to look over my shoulders anymore.
The ELS system still blows me away when playing DVD audio discs.

That's what they offered me if I trade in my 2011 TSX, which KBB said my car is worth $22k (dealer trade in) and $24k (private). So final offer was $15k out the door with my trade in.

Don't think that's impossible. I got $6500 off my 2010 Tech when I bought it right after the 2011 came out. Dealer may be overstocked or not doing much business and needs to move inventory. The deals are out there if you look hard enough.

From San Francisco Bay area here.

I am looking to buy a 2013 TL with Tech Package today (2WD) and the best quote I have is 32894 (plus tax and Title). This includes the 1500 loyalty discount. What do you guys think?

Great price. You may have them go down another 200-300 but great price nonetheless.

^^ Remember the low price is after loyalty/conquest discount. You may or may not qualify for it.

So I bought the 2013 TL Advance FWD today with a sales price of $35,100 before TTL and $1,500 went towards my down payment making it $33,600 as my sales price before TTL. I plan getting the under body spoiler kit and tint the windows.

Oh, and I decided not to trade my 2011 TSX in, so that was my price without any trade in.

Congrats! Sounds like you got a great deal. So this begs the question, are you going full kip kit or just front and sides?

I for sure will get the front and sides, but still not sure if I should get the rear. I need to see more pics of the rear with it on to decide. I got the BWP with ebony interior.

Paid $39,800 for SH-AWD Advance (Trunk Mat, Tint, Door Edge Guards, Wheel Locks, Splashguards included), plus they gave 29k for my 2012 SH-AWD trade, which was in average condition with 40k miles. I was happy with the deal. Fantastic car!

I would still choose the SH-AWD prior to the Advance package though if I can only get one of them I got a 2010 TL SH-AWD Tech. Back then there wasn't the Advance package

^Yes AWD. You are missing out on one of the best features this car has to offer. If you are going to buy a FWD you'd be better off with the Accord.
