Thinking about leasing a 2013 TL SH-AWD 6MT. Anyone know current lease rates, money factor, residual, etc?

FYI: The "ridewithg" website quoted above appears to list residual values based on 15K miles driven per year. There is a note near the bottom of the screen saying, "To calculate residual values for 12k miles/yr please add 2%. For 10k miles/yr, please add 3%".
