2012 TSX vs 2009 Acura TL

I had the opportunity last week to drive the 2012 TSX Base model as a loaner while I had the TL in for service. I must say that I made the right choice getting the TL AWD. Couple of things that I've noted about the TSX.

Acura TSX:
+ Nimble Handling, very tossable feel
+ Decent Mileage
+ Decent exhaust sound
+ Spacious trunk
+ Extremely nice BUILD quality (Build + material are diff. to me) with no rattles. The car felt solid
+ Outward view is surprisingly much better than the TL
+ Adequate rear space
- Weak engine sound, but that's a given
- Going over uneven road tend to make the steering wheel JERK a good amount
- Wheel spin/torque steer on hard launches
- Lower quality material in the cabin
- Less bolstered seats, while still comfortable were not up to par with the TL. The seats felt "soggy", like you were on foam, not sure if that's a good thing.
- Going in a corner fast (not anywhere near what I would do in a TL AWD) left me feeling SCARED.
