I have seen many threads about hitch receivers and TLs, but have not seen any answers in them. I don't want to debate if they are good or bad, I have a hitch receiver bike rack an want to put one on a TL. Has anyone done this? Where did you get the receiver? What receiver did you get? I had hoped buying a car that had been out almost 9 months the sites would list a receiver, but I have found only one so far, and I don't have much faith in that one.

Don't believe Acura recommends towing with the TL, so that could account for the lack of available hitch components. I'd think if you weren't going to be doing any towing and just wanted the receiver mounted to accept the bike rack you shouldn't have a problem. There is this one available from trailer that should probably work for you, here etrailer TL hidden hitch.

I sold my 2010 TL SH-AWD recently as I needed a vehicle that was capable of towing and not voiding the warranty.

I should have said that all I want a hitch receiver for is a bike rack. I will check out the etrailer link.
