2012 TL FWD or AWD - Need Help!
#41
I think you really need to take into consideration how much snow you get and how many opportunites you're really going to have to push the car to it's handling limits. I'm in northern VA where it's mostly driving in traffic with an occasional highway ride. As much as my ego wishes to say otherwise, in 95% of my driving I don't think I'd even know the difference. The AWD has a firmer ride due partially to the lower profile tires (50 vs 45's). I just picked up a leftover 2012 TL base 2 weeks ago for $31,500 with 0.0% financing for 5 years. You just can't beat this car for that price. I do intend on picking up a set of the AWD rims in a year or so off ebay because of the looks and I'm sure it will sharpen the ride too. The FWD gets better gas mileage and I was also just reading that it's actually slightly quicker in a straight line than the AWD.
