Just picked up a 2012 SH-AWD Advance for $37,500-ish and 0.9% financing. Traded in a 2011 RDX Tech SH-AWD...can't believe how much nicer this TL is.

Great deal man, welcome aboard to the advance side. How about those cooled seats and other gadgets.

My issue was Pohanka only had one SH-AWD w/Advance and sold it two days prior. They told me it would be a few weeks before they had one on the lot and I couldn't wait for a car.

At a different dealer about 3 months ago, my g/f got her 2012 MDX Tech/Ent for under $43k (>$6K off MSRP).
That is one awesome deal .. I wish i had read your post earlier. I paid $41,200 out the door, but mine included ~$800 worth of accessories.

And i talked to every single dealer within a 300km radius, and this was the best deal that could be had. They did fairly decent on the Trade for my 2010, but still. Off of MSRP i only saved $1500. Canadians get screwed left, right and center!
holy crap, did you buy your car early in July? I bought mine (12 shawd /tech) for $41000 Plus 12% tax here in BC. The car had 6km at delivery. Hearing how good the deals our neighbours got down south really makes us feel

Deals are unbelievable. Just picked up a 2012 BWP SH-AWD Advance for $38,500. Deal done in two 5 min phone calls. Possibly could have gotten lower if I went in, but I was more than happy with that price for zero effort on my part.

Traded in my 2010 CBP SH-AWD Tech.

Wow ear! That's a very good price - especially for the advance model!
